How do I access my subscriptions, online courses, or eBooks?
You can access your subscriptions at anytime by logging in to your MyEWI portal. You can access your Online Courses and eBooks from your MyEWI portal as well by selecting Education Products at the top.
I just added a new service, but it is not showing on my subscriber’s page.
When you activate a new subscription, you must log out and log back in to MyEWI in order for the subscription to populate on your screen. If after doing so, you still do not see your new subscription, please contact our Customer Care Representatives via phone, email, or live chat to ensure that your order was received.
How do I email an analyst?
You can send emails for the analysts to [email protected]. Please send questions for analysts of the Pro Services to [email protected]. Please Note: Due to the volume of questions we receive, we are unable to answer every email, but we do our best to address common or frequent questions.
How does the Easy Pay Automatic Renewal work?
Easy Pay Automatic Renewal is provided for the convenience of our subscribers. Subscription services which are part of the Easy Pay program are automatically renewed 1 – 2 days prior to the listed renewal date. This not only helps to prevent any lapse in service; it allows ample time for you to be contacted should any billing issues arise which might cause your services to expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Bitcoin through our online store. We also accept payment via PayPal, money order, bank wire, and check (drawn off a U.S. bank). How do I change my credit card information
To update your credit card information, you may fax your credit card details to 770-536-2514. Please be sure to include your User ID and email address, and the new credit card number, expiration date and the security code from the back of the card. How do I modify or cancel my current subscription services?
To modify or cancel your current subscriptions, contact our Customer Care Representatives via phone, email, or live chat. When you submit a modification or cancellation request via email, please verify that you receive a confirmation of your request within 48 hours. If you do not, please contact our Customer Care Representatives via phone, email, or live chat as soon as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Sure! We offer pro-rated refunds on Full Service Packages and Individual Services for any unused months. So, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, you will have access through the following 15th, and we’ll send you a refund of anything you paid for after that. If you don’t request a refund, you will continue to have access to your service through the listed end date and will no longer be billed.
The Socionomics Membership, EWAVES Flash Services and Pro Services are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will have access to the services through the listed end date and will no longer be billed. On-Demand Online Courses and eBooks are not refundable. This is due to the nature of instant electronic delivery.
Books and individual DVDs have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. To get a refund, you must first return the book to us in perfect, re-sellable condition. If you are unhappy with your product purchase, please contact our Customer Care Representatives via phone, email, or live chat and let them know that you are returning the product. Once we have received the returned product, we will issue you a refund of your purchase price, minus our shipping costs.
