In September 2010, The Elliott Wave Theorist included a special report about a mostly unknown digital currency called bitcoin. At the time, bitcoin was trading at just 6 cents. We explained the usefulness of this provocative innovation and said its upside was “enormous.”

Back in September 2010, I received the Theorist and read the article about Bitcoin. I seriously thought about buying some Bitcoins. But I hesitated. I was not happy about putting “Real” money into a “Fantasy” money. Later I cursed myself for that decision.
BUT it got me interested in Bitcoin and the whole Cryptocurrency world. Later, in 2015, I finally took the plunge. I bought 50 Bitcoin at US$250 each. The result is that my wife and I now have a VERY comfortable retirement.
