Do We Recommend Any Elliott Wave Software?

Many people ask us about Elliott wave software. They want to offload the hard work of analysis to a computer program. We fear that if people who cannot do their own analysis use an Elliott wave software program to generate wave counts, they may not recognize situations when the software has failed them. As a result, they may get stuck in bad trades.

None of the currently available Elliott wave software is foolproof. Users with whom we've talked have been disturbed by the frequency and extent with which wave counts have been relabeled.

We use our analysts' brain power to generate the wave counts for our publications. We feel that none of the wave-counting software packages on the market today are consistently reliable. For that reason, we continue to work full-time on the development of our proprietary EWAVES (Elliott Wave Analysis and Validation Expert System) application.
