It's true that commodities can be unpredictable. It's true that prices can reverse without warning. Yet the Elliott Wave Principle can help you anticipate where the trend in a given commodity is headed -- often with stunning accuracy.

Take Coffee, for example. Prices began the year with solid gains but have since fallen sharply. Predicting Coffee's movement has been quite difficult.

Jeffrey Kennedy's Futures Junctures Service commentary has followed the market every step of the way with specific, detailed -- and incredibly precise -- forecasts about what the trend would do next.

In the January 8 Daily Futures Junctures (or DFJ) Weekly Wrap-Up, Jeffrey used the chart below to illustrate two forecasts. First, Coffee futures would top around 147. Second, prices would then turn and fall below 140.

In turn, prices reached 146.45 -- and then began a decline that went below 140, and lower still -- with Jeffrey keeping subscribers ahead of the trend the whole way.

Three weeks later, coffee prices fell below 133.05. That day the January 29 DFJ Weekly Wrap-Up stated the following:

"Early next week, be looking for a modest bounce followed by another new low."

The January 27 DFJ provided more detail and said the bounce would not exceed 137. The chart below from the February 5 DFJ Weekly Wrap-Up shows what occurred.

Once again, prices climbed to brush Jeffrey's target (136) and reversed lower -- as called for by the Futures Junctures Service.

Elliott wave analysis provides specific, calculated commentary for where prices are going. Wave analysis is not a crystal ball since it deals with probabilities, not certainties. But, as you can see with Coffee, the Wave Principle speaks for itself.
