Do you have Flash installed ? Download it now.
Do you have Windows Media Player installed? Download it now.

Do you have an Internet connection speed of at least 56K?
Did you pick the proper streaming speed (56K or 100K)?
In other words, don’t run a 100K video on a 56K modem.  

Some high- speed or LAN connections require enabling streaming media within the proxy or "firewall". Your ISP or Network Administrator will have to enable it.

When I watch the video, it is extremely choppy or stops on one frame.

Sometimes, there may be Internet interference due to high broadband traffic. Try stopping the video and re-clicking on the file to begin streaming.
