1. What is available in MyEWI?
MyEWI houses all of our Subscription Services, Subscriber Extras, Education Products, and Free Club EWI Resources, along with Announcements, the Q&A Message Board, Press Releases, and Live Online Support from our Customer Service Representatives.
2. What if I have subscriptions, product purchases, AND Club EWI free resources or a combination of all of these items?
Your MyEWI account will give you access to all of your subscriptions, purchased products (eBooks, online courses, streaming videos, etc.), and Club EWI free resources in one location. Simply log in with your existing Subscriber or Club EWI User ID and Password to access everything.
3. What if I am not a Subscriber or Club EWI member?
You can access MyEWI in two ways:

4. I’m having a technical problem with MyEWI. Who do I contact?
You can contact our Customer Service Representatives in three ways:
- Live Online Chat: Click on the Live Support Online button on MyEWI to chat live with a Customer Service Representative during normal business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday).

6. What is happening to the Subscribers tab on elliottwave.com?
The Subscribers tab on elliottwave.com will direct you to MyEWI after
March 13, 2013. You can log in at elliottwave.com
to access MyEWI, or go directly to http://my.elliottwave.com
to access MyEWI.
7. Can I add subscriptions and products to my account in MyEWI?
Yes, you can add subscriptions and products to your MyEWI account at any time.
Simply click on the subscription service or product you wish to add and
place your order.
8. Will I still be able to access my subscriptions and subscriber
extras on elliottwave.com?
After March 13, 2013, you will only access your subscriptions and subscriber
extras in MyEWI. You can log in to MyEWI either from elliottwave.com
9. Can I access my free Club resources in MyEWI?
If you are a Club EWI member, you can access all of your free Club EWI
resources in MyEWI. If you are a Subscriber but not a Club member,
you can easily add a Club membership to your account. Simply click on
the Free Resources tab at the top of the MyEWI home page, and click the
Join button in the top right corner. If you are not a Subscriber, you

10. Do I need to create an additional user ID and password to
